Location: Chembur, Mumbai (On-site)
Duration: Full-time

About Marketing Mojito:
Marketing Mojito is a full-stack digital marketing agency built for business transformation. Here, you won’t be “just an employee.” You’ll build brands from scratch, run end-to-end campaigns, and watch your ideas go live. With our learning-first culture, you’ll pick up the skills that matter — strategy, performance, content, design and analytics, while owning real outcomes.
Come for the challenge; stay for the growth.

The Vibe:
Marketing Mojito is a strong team of growth hackers and creative strategists. We don’t do "pretty pictures." We design assets that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and build brands. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is tired of being a cog in a big machine and wants to own the visual identity of high-growth brands.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Executive who is visually curious, has a good eye for design and wants to build their skills in a real agency environment.
You could be a fresher with a strong portfolio, someone who has completed an internship, or a designer with up to 2 years of experience. What matters most is that you understand the basics, care about your work and are ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Social & Digital
  • Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and digital advertisements.
  • Develop creative variations for different platforms and formats.
  • Translate briefs and concepts into clear visual communication.
Branding
  • Assist with brand identity, visual systems and brand applications.
  • Ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.
  • Explore typography, colour, imagery and layout options.
Creative Development
  • Research visual references and emerging design trends.
  • Experiment with new tools, formats and creative approaches.
  • Explore AI-assisted workflows for image generation and editing.
  • Support basic motion and video requirements where needed.
Execution
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organised working files and deliverables.
  • Meet project timelines without compromising attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Freshers are welcome: A degree, diploma or formal design education is helpful, but a strong portfolio matters more.
  • 0–2 Years of Experience: Agency, freelance, internship or personal project experience is all welcome.
  • Design Fundamentals: You have an understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
  • The Toolkit: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is expected. Knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
  • Figma: Basic knowledge of Figma is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Motion & AI: Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro or AI design tools is a plus.
  • A Good Eye: You notice the little things and care about how a creative looks, feels and communicates.
  • Willingness to Learn: You’re open to feedback, willing to experiment and excited to keep improving.
  • Deadline Ready: You can manage multiple tasks, work within timelines and stay organised in a fast-paced agency environment.
Why Marketing Mojito?
  • Real Work, From Day One: Get hands-on experience working on live brands, campaigns and creative projects from the get-go.
  • Learn by Doing: Work alongside strategists, marketers, content creators and designers and understand how creative fits into the bigger picture.
  • Performance-Based Growth: We believe growth should reflect your contribution. Your performance and progress matter, which means increments and opportunities aren't limited to the annual review cycle.
  • Creative Exposure: Get hands-on experience across industries, formats and digital platforms.
  • Learning & Development: Access learning resources, tools and opportunities that help you sharpen your creative skills and stay ahead.
  • Beyond the Desk: From late-night work rides covered to birthday celebrations, festive treats and occasional team outings, we believe the little things make work better.
  • Recognition That Matters: Whether it's creative talent or business contributions, good work and initiative don't go unnoticed.
If you’re just starting out and want to build a career in design, or you already have a little experience and are ready to take the next step, send us your portfolio.
